Lead and execute Aldar s brand and content strategy in partnership with the Head of Department, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Development, Sales, and Construction Management teams
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on various matters related to real estate development
Market Research And Analytics
Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities
Utilize advanced analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance
Content Creation And Management
Supervise the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, presentations, and literature
Oversee website and social media content management
Event Management
Oversee the planning and execute promotional events and digital campaigns
Represent the company at key industry events
Stakeholder Management
Deliver high-impact presentations to various audiences
Manage relationships with external partners and contractors
Team Leadership
Provide strategic guidance to marketing associates
Oversee daily administrative functions of the marketing department
Innovation and Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative marketing techniques
