- Support the Venue Technology Manager in managing the full lifecycle of venue technology services and solutions
- Monitor daily operations of ICT, AV, and ELV systems across assigned venues
- Follow up with Venue ICT teams regarding pending incidents, maintenance activities, and service requests
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve technology related issues within agreed SLAs
- Supervise technical rooms, data centers, communication rooms, and all physical locations housing technology infrastructure
- Monitor ICT service performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents through Service Desk and support teams
- Maintain accurate records of ICT assets and inventory
- Track and manage technology equipment stored within venue facilities
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for ICT, AV, and ELV systems
- Conduct site inspections and technical surveys to assess venue technology readiness
- Supervise installation and commissioning of ICT, AV, and ELV systems
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand technical requirements and operational needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related discipline
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT, AV, and ELV systems implementation, operations, and maintenance
- Experience supporting large venues, stadiums, convention centers, airports, hospitality facilities, or major events
- Strong hands on experience in ICT infrastructure, network infrastructure, structured cabling, AV systems, IPTV, broadcasting systems, public address systems, video conferencing, CCTV, access control, and turnstile technologies
- Experience coordinating technology support for large scale events
- Experience managing vendors and multiple stakeholders

Role Overview
- The Assistant Venue Technology Manager (AVTM) supports the Venue Technology Manager (VTM) in managing all Venue Technology operations across the assigned venue cluster.
- The role is responsible for assisting with the planning, operation, maintenance, and delivery of ICT, AV, and ELV services to ensure seamless venue operations and successful event execution.
- The AVTM will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, service providers, and event stakeholders to ensure all technology systems are operational, maintained, and event ready.
Venue Technology Operations & Technical Support
- Support the Venue Technology Manager in managing the full lifecycle of venue technology services and solutions.
- Monitor daily operations of ICT, AV, and ELV systems across assigned venues.
- Follow up with Venue ICT teams regarding pending incidents, maintenance activities, and service requests.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve technology related issues within agreed SLAs.
- Supervise technical rooms, data centers, communication rooms, and all physical locations housing technology infrastructure.
- Monitor ICT service performance and ensure timely resolution of incidents through Service Desk and support teams.

Event Technology Delivery & Support
- Conduct site inspections and technical surveys to assess venue technology readiness.
- Supervise installation and commissioning of ICT, AV, and ELV systems.
- Collaborate with event organizers to understand technical requirements and operational needs.
- Act as a technical liaison between venue operations teams, vendors, and event stakeholders.
- Coordinate venue technology readiness activities before events.
- Provide onsite technical support during events and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Support event setup (bump in) activities including system configuration and testing.
- Supervise the installation, configuration, and operation of temporary event technology overlay systems, including network infrastructure, IPTV, digital signage, public address (PA), audio visual (AV), broadcasting, CCTV, and access control systems.
- Ensure all event technology systems are fully operational before event commencement.
- Perform post event inspections and support event dismantling (bump out) activities.
- Prepare event readiness and post event technical reports.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure service providers comply with venue technology standards and operational requirements.
- Support project implementation activities and technology upgrades.
- Assist in vendor performance monitoring and issue escalation management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in ICT, AV, and ELV systems implementation, operations, and maintenance.
- Experience supporting large venues, stadiums, convention centers, airports, hospitality facilities, or major events.
- Strong hands on experience in ICT infrastructure, network infrastructure, structured cabling, AV systems, IPTV, broadcasting systems, public address (PA) systems, video conferencing solutions, CCTV, access control systems, and turnstile technologies.
- Experience coordinating technology support for large scale events.
- Experience managing vendors and multiple stakeholders.

- PMP or PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist)
- CCNA / CCNP
- Relevant AV, ELV, or ICT certifications
