Job Summary
The Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager supports the Talent Acquisition function in driving end-to-end recruitment activities, workforce planning, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
The role is responsible for managing recruitment operations, supporting hiring strategies, ensuring timely hiring delivery, and contributing to talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies across multiple business functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hire and candidate experience.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment reporting activities.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs including TAT, sourcing efficiency, offer acceptance ratio, and hiring quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during recruitment activities.
- Support onboarding coordination and hiring documentation processes.
- Assist in implementing recruitment process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Participate in Emiratization and diversity hiring initiatives where applicable.
- Guide and support junior recruiters and coordinators within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certifications are an advantage.
Experience
- 8 : 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience handling mid to senior-level hiring across multiple functions.
- Experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or corporate environments is preferred.
