A leading international financial institution seeks an Assistant Relationship Manager to support senior RMs in managing key corporate clients across Abu Dhabi and the GCC.

Responsibilities
- Support senior relationship managers in managing key corporate clients across Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC (including KSA, Qatar, and Kuwait)
- Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials
- Contribute to deal execution by supporting credit analysis and internal approval processes
- Prepare information memorandums, term sheets, and transaction documentation
- Work closely with product teams (e.g. financing, markets) to deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Develop a strong understanding of key sectors including oil & gas, energy, telecoms (TMT), and real estate
- Conduct market research and analysis to support client strategy and business development efforts
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience within corporate banking, corporate coverage, or a related front office role
- Prior exposure to GCC / Middle East corporate clients, ideally with some experience covering Abu Dhabi based entities
- Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate banking products; financial modelling exposure is advantageous
- Experience supporting the preparation of pitch materials, credit documentation, and transaction execution
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, TMT, or real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn team fit is critical
- Existing client relationships are not required, but commercial awareness and interest in client facing roles are essential
