- Support the management and execution of daily recreation operations, including Kids Club, gym, and pool areas
- Ensure consistent delivery of luxury service standards across all recreational facilities
- Train, mentor, and develop the recreation team to maintain high performance and engagement
- Oversee scheduling, team allocation, and operational efficiency within all recreation outlets
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Drive guest satisfaction and engagement through innovative recreational activities and programs
- Monitor facility conditions, coordinating maintenance and upkeep where required
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in planning and executing events, seasonal activities, and guest experiences
- Support revenue opportunities through program development and guest participation initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recreation, leisure, or hospitality operations with supervisory exposure
- Strong understanding of Kids Club, gym, and pool operations within a luxury hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage multicultural teams
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Energetic, approachable, and guest service oriented personality

Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Recreation Manager to support and oversee recreational operations within a prestigious 5 star luxury property in Dubai.
- This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across Kids Club, Gym, and Pool facilities.
- The position will directly report to the Assistant Director of Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and execution of daily recreation operations, including Kids Club, gym, and pool areas
