About Madinat Jumeirah
Set along a two-kilometre stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels.

Head Guest Relations Executive
to join
Shimmers - Jumeirah Mina Al Salam
- The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Identify and meet customer needs promptly and accurately, delivering consistently exceptional service while maintaining professionalism and strong personal presentation.
- Address customer dissatisfaction quickly and effectively, following MJ customer feedback and complaint procedures to ensure positive guest outcomes.
- Support colleagues and contribute to teamwork, assisting as needed to achieve daily operational goals and maintain smooth service flow.
- Manage the hostess desk/door with a warm, prompt welcome, while efficiently handling dining reservations and special requests in line with Restaurant Reservations SOPs.
- Stay well-informed on hotel events, city highlights, menu specials, and daily updates, using notice boards and briefing sheets to provide accurate and helpful information to guests.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and uphold outlet standards, ensuring menus and materials remain clean and presentable while helping drive increased visibility and market share.
About You
- The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded restaurant.
- Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
- Strong knowledge of Sevenrooms.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
