Requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in quantity surveying, cost management, or related construction roles
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and methodologies
- Proficiency in cost estimation and cost planning techniques
- Competency with cost management software (e.g., Elecosoft, Causeway, or similar platforms)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Thorough understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and tender processes
- Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical capability
- Strong organisational and time keeping skills
- Effective communication and people skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Description
- We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our cost team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The successful candidate will support the senior quantity surveying team in delivering accurate cost management and financial control across our project portfolio.

- Professional quantity surveying qualification or membership with a recognised body.
