- Manage visa, labor card, Emirates ID, medical, and immigration processes.
- Coordinate with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and other government authorities.
- Ensure timely processing of employee onboarding, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
- Manage company licenses, establishment cards, and other government registrations.
- Supervise PRO Officers and Drivers and monitor daily activities.
- Support HR, Finance, Operations, and clients with government related matters.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues with government authorities.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with Government labor and immigration regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of Government PRO experience
- Good knowledge of Government labor, immigration, and government procedures
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in Pension and Nafis

Job Purpose
- To support and manage all government related processes for the company, ensuring compliance with Government laws and regulations.
