This dynamic role is responsible for the coordination of professional, high-quality training programs that support the development of our Fire & Incident Branch workforce across the state. Reporting to the Team Leader Course Coordination and supervising the Administration Support Officer, you’ll be relied upon to lead the logistical planning that underpins successful training delivery while ensuring participants and facilitators receive exceptional support throughout the training lifecycle.

You'll work closely with trainers and stakeholders to provide the resources and support required for successful course delivery, while overseeing training venue, accommodation and transport arrangements, monitoring program budgets, and contributing to continuous improvement through a strong understanding of NPWS operations and professional development opportunities.
