Temporary (Up to Date 30 June 2027) Full-time (35 hours per week) opportunity

Located in Parramatta with hybrid working supported

Clerk Grade 5/6, salary ranges from $102,936 up to $113,579 pa plus super

Join the Social Housing Energy Performance team and help deliver energy-efficient, comfortable and affordable social housing. Our team drives building upgrades and Virtual Power Plants (VPPs), while supporting the community sector to help households reduce energy costs and participate in the renewable energy transition.

In this role, you will support program delivery through project coordination, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and administrative support. We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and collaborative, with a keen interest in delivering projects that make a positive impact for communities.

About You

You are a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and managing competing priorities. You bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

Experience supporting projects, programs, policy initiatives or operational activities.

Strong project coordination and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing briefs, reports and stakeholder correspondence.

An interest in energy, sustainability, climate change, social housing or community-focused programs.

Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management principles as well as time management and organisation skills.
