About the Role
A confidential company seeks an Assistant Project Manager / CRM Assistant for its Design team in Jeddah. The role requires a PMP-certified Architect or Design professional with 7+ years of experience delivering architectural, interior, and retail fit-out projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver multiple architectural, interior, retail fit out, and commercial projects simultaneously across the Jeddah region
- Lead full project lifecycle from design brief, concept development, and authority approvals through to site supervision and final handover
- Coordinate with internal design and operations teams, mall management, contractors, suppliers, and external consultants
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, risk registers, and progress reports
- Manage and update CRM systems to track project pipelines, client interactions, and follow ups
- Oversee vendor negotiations and procurement processes to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines
- Prepare BOQ, FF&E selection, specification, and procurement coordination documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality, adherence to design intent, and timely resolution of RFIs
- Support business development through proposal preparation and client presentations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi authority requirements, building codes, and brand design standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- PMP certification highly preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural project management, design consultancy, or retail/commercial fit out projects
- Proven track record managing large scale project portfolios (SAR 100M+) with multi disciplinary teams
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Experience in BOQ preparation, FF&E selection, sourcing, and procurement coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Transferable Iqama or valid Saudi work authorization required
- Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC is mandatory

Qualifications & Requirements
