- Assist in monitoring and managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and cost effective completion of retail projects.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Organize, maintain, and update all project related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Secure and manage necessary permits and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide on site administrative support, including preparing and distributing regular project updates and reports.
- Update and manage the digital project database to ensure accuracy and accessibility of project information.
- Serve as a point of contact for project related inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project expenses and managing the project budget.
Requirements
- 1 4 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong background in construction management
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., project management tools)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
