RoadTek is seeking a permanent, full-time Assistant Project Manager to join our Wide Bay Operations team in Bundaberg. In this AO4 role, you will support the delivery of civil infrastructure activities across construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and preconstruction projects.Working alongside experienced project professionals, you will gain practical exposure to the planning, coordination and delivery of road and bridge infrastructure projects. You will also contribute to estimating, tendering, bid management and operational activities.Why RoadTek? You will apply project management principles and practical knowledge to achieve project outcomes, exercise sound judgement, understand when matters need to be escalated and plan carefully to deliver results. You will also demonstrate respect for relevant legislation, policies and standards, with an awareness of risk and appropriate mitigation strategies.Previous civil construction industry experience and qualifications in civil supervision, leadership and management, or project management would be highly regarded.Before you applyYou must hold a current Queensland C class driver's licence or equivalent. Travel to other locations may be required for varying periods, with applicable expenses and allowances provided.
