Job Description
- Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the food and beverage operations team
- Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to implement and maintain brand standards
- Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and motivate staff
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support the Outlet Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Actively participate in menu planning and pricing strategies
