About the Role
Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort seeks an Assistant Outlet Manager for Mekong restaurant. The role involves leading the outlet team, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities
- Ensure professional and profitable operation within the hotel framework
- Identify training needs and develop/deliver training for department team members
- Achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales and cost control
- Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing and food production
- Promote Anantara Guest Incentive programs
- Ensure efficient scheduling of management and team members
- Train subordinate managers in coaching and progressive discipline
- Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards
- Manage asset maintenance and conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Promote positive inter departmental relations
- Work closely with Banqueting department to support functions
- Lead by example with a hands on approach to motivate team members
Requirements
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Outlet operations
- Passion for leadership and teamwork
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence
- Excellent guest service skill

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure a professional and profitable operation within the framework of the Hotel
- Identify training needs and develop/deliver required training for department team members

- Be aware of all Anantara Guest Incentive programs and actively promote and support these
- Ensure efficient scheduling of Management & Team members and supervise time control system
- Train subordinate managers in effective coaching and progressive discipline
- Maintain outlet safety and sanitation standards
- Manage asset management of outlet property and facilities, conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections
- Promote positive inter departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation
- Work closely with Banqueting department to support all requested functions
- Lead by example through a hands on approach to motivate team members
Qualifications
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Outlet operations
