- Oversee daily operations of La Cava, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
- Lead the team on the floor, maintaining service rituals and ensuring brand and LQA standards are upheld
- Develop and coach the team through training, performance management, and structured development plans
- Drive revenue and profitability through upselling, cost control, and performance monitoring
- Manage guest relationships, including VIP recognition, guest recovery, and loyalty initiatives
- Support and execute curated events, including wine tastings and private experiences
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
- Passion for wine, spirits, cigars, and delivering elevated guest experiences
- Strong leadership presence with ability to guide and develop a team
- Strong operational and financial awareness, including cost control and revenue performance
- Proficient with systems such as SevenRooms, POS, and hotel platforms
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

- La Cava is a distinctive, wine led venue where refined service, deep product knowledge, and genuine hospitality come together.
- As Assistant Manager, you will report to the Restaurants & Bars Manager and work closely with the sommelier and F&B leadership team.
YOUR ROLE
- Oversee day to day operations of La Cava, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and a consistently elevated guest experience.
- Lead by example on the floor, develop and guide your team, and take ownership of both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
