- Prepare materials, align components, and support lead operators during job changeovers
- Help clean rollers, trays, and cutting blades
- Support lubrication and minor adjustments under supervision
- Report wear, misfeeds, or breakdowns to the foreman promptly
- Conduct visual checks for binding strength, stitching alignment, fold precision, and die cut accuracy
- Assist in stacking, counting, and transferring finished goods
- Coordinate with Foreman, operator, and packing teams for smooth handover
