The Assistant Operations Manager will assist the Restaurant General Manager in achieving high operational and quality standards.

About You
- Minimum five years of relevant beach bar experience or other experience related to the field is required.
- Previous international exposure with five-star hotel experience is preferred.
- A solid understanding of business acumen and overall P&L is essential.
