Atlantis is seeking a Team Leader to join its Front Services team in Dubai.
The role focuses on creating an exceptional guest experience in a busy, high-profile luxury hospitality environment.
The Team Leader will be highly visible in front-of-house operations and help lead teams to success.
Core responsibilities
- Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in running Front Services operations.
- Update and train colleagues on technical skills, service delivery skills, and operating processes.
- Help maintain internationally recognized five-star service standards.
- Assist with overseeing service provider utilization, health and safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Assist in managing Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation daily operations.
- Advise guests on their needs and deliver attentive customer service.
Required qualifications
- Previous experience in a five-star hotel or resort environment is essential.
- Prior experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or a similar luxury service environment is presented as an alternative.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Immaculate personal presentation, enthusiasm, positivity, grooming, and a high level of physical fitness are essential.
- Additional languages are desirable.

- The role is based in front-of-house hospitality operations at an Atlantis luxury resort in Dubai.
- The position involves visible guest-facing work in a busy, high-profile environment.
