Atlantis The Palm is seeking an experienced Luggage Coordinator to join the Front Services team.
The role coordinates guest luggage activities and task assignments while supporting memorable guest experiences.
About the Role
- Coordinate guest luggage activities and general task assignments.
- Optimize delivery and dispatch times to ensure excellent guest outcomes.
- Evaluate, record, and report daily operational details to the Assistant Manager, Front Services.
- Ensure fair and consistent distribution of tasks to Bellman.
- Provide five-star service in a guest-facing environment.
- Represent the professional image and reputation of Atlantis Dubai at all times.
About You
- Experience in a luggage coordination or comparable Front Services role is expected.
- Computer literacy, strong organization and planning skills, and excellent verbal and written communication are required.
- High attention to detail and the ability to assess social situations are required.
- The candidate must be able to deliver a first-class guest experience.
Work Environment
- The role is based in a hotel Front Services environment and involves direct guest interaction.
