About the Role
Noatum Logistics is hiring a Material Handler to move boxes, pallets, and cages of commercial items within the logistic centre and to destination shops, restaurants, and lounges at the airport.

Responsibilities
- Receive goods from concessions partners and arrange items in staging/storage
- Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
- Label every product and place them accordingly
- Prepare goods for customs scanning and load into refrigerated vans/trucks for delivery
- Ensure goods are delivered to concessionaires within agreed timeframe
- Assist with sorting, de boxing, and moving pallets/materials on the plant floor
- Follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock out/tag out procedure
- Maintain standards of highest quality and compliance with HSE requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2 3 years of experience in the related field
- Basic knowledge of warehousing practices and methods
- Basic knowledge of using warehouse machinery/tools
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Good English communication skills

Job Description

Core Responsibilities
- Receive the goods from all concessions partners and arranges the item in the staging / storage in as per the guidelines.
- Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Labeling every product and placing them accordingly.
- Prepare and ready the goods received for the Customs scanning and required procedure, once gantry scanning completed; load the goods in refrigerated vans / trucks to deliver these goods to the requested concessions partners.
- Ensure that goods are delivered to concessionaires within the agreed timeframe.
- Assist with sorting, de boxing and moving pallets/materials on the plant floor.
- Follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock out/tag out procedure.
- Maintain standards of the highest quality and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ascertain areas of concern and report to Operations Supervisor to resolve these as effectively as possible.
- Ensure the EHS policy & objectives of the company are well understood, implemented, communicated, maintained, and monitored regularly.
- Comply, implement, and follow EHSMS requirement as per Abu Dhabi Occupational health and safety (OSHAD) / ISO 18001:2007.
- Comply with AD PORTS QHSSE policy and be responsible for my own health and safety.
Qualifications
- High school
- Good English communication skills with knowledge of a sub continent Asian languages.
- 2 3 years of experience in the related field.
- Basic knowledge of warehousing practices and methods.
- Basic knowledge of using warehouse machinery/ tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
