Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance market presence and brand equity
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels
- Coordinate brand communication initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns including print, radio, outdoor, and other mass media activities
- Coordinate BTL marketing activities including in store promotions, exhibitions, activations, events, and trade marketing initiatives
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare post campaign performance reports
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
- Manage the company's social media presence by planning content calendars, coordinating creative assets, and monitoring engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in developing annual marketing plans and budgets
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and marketing support
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, healthcare, beauty, or distribution industries
- Proven experience managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of branding, integrated marketing communications, ATL, and BTL activities
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising platforms is an advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage
- Preference will be given to candidates with Arabic language proficiency

Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management, integrated marketing communications, and campaign execution, with the ability to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance market presence and brand equity.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Coordinate brand communication initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain brand standards.
- Plan and execute Above the Line (ATL) campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor, and other mass media activities.
- Coordinate Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities, including in store promotions, exhibitions, activations, events, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare post campaign performance reports.
- Liaise with vendors, printers, media partners, and event organizers.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Manage the company's social media presence by planning content calendars, coordinating creative assets, and monitoring engagement.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, healthcare, beauty, or distribution industries.
- Proven experience managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
