Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across both traditional and digital channels.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand management, integrated marketing communications, and campaign execution, with the ability to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance market presence and brand equity.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate brand communication initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external agencies to maintain brand standards.
  • Plan and execute Above the Line (ATL) campaigns, including print, radio, outdoor, and other mass media activities.
  • Coordinate Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities, including in store promotions, exhibitions, activations, events, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare post campaign performance reports.
  • Liaise with vendors, printers, media partners, and event organizers.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Manage the company's social media presence by planning content calendars, coordinating creative assets, and monitoring engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor website performance, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, healthcare, beauty, or distribution industries.
  • Proven experience managing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding, integrated marketing communications, ATL, and BTL activities.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and digital advertising platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Data driven approach with strong analytical skills.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED6,000.00 AED8,000.00 per month
