- Develop, propose, execute, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns at market and store levels
- Drive brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives across assigned F&B brands
- Plan and execute new product launches and seasonal campaigns ensuring consistent brand messaging
- Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and sales
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, websites, mobile apps, and online ordering platforms
- Plan and execute promotions across food aggregators and digital channels
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and performance metrics to maximize ROI
- Coordinate with creative, media, PR, influencer, and digital agencies
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team of 15 20 members
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare marketing performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E Commerce, or related field
- 6 7 years of marketing experience in brand management or marketing agency
- 6 7 years of experience in Retail, Hospitality, or F&B industry
- Experience in QSR, Retail, or Consumer Brands highly preferred
- Proven experience managing digital channels including websites, mobile apps, and food aggregator platforms
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches
- UAE Driving License Mandatory
- Willingness to travel between outlets and attend marketing events

Role Overview
- The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the growth and execution of marketing strategies across a portfolio of F&B brands.
- The role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, new product launches, social media strategies, local store marketing, and aggregator promotions to achieve business growth.
- The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results driven marketing professional with strong leadership and people management skills, capable of leading a team of 15–20 members while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop, propose, execute, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns at both market and store levels.
- Drive brand growth through innovative marketing initiatives across assigned F&B brands.
- Plan and execute new product launches and seasonal campaigns while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement local store marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition and sales.
- Continuously review brand performance and recommend short term and long term marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing activities, including social media platforms, websites, mobile applications, and online ordering platforms.
- Plan and execute promotions across food aggregators and digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with creative, media, PR, influencer, and digital agencies to deliver impactful marketing campaigns.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Understand consumer behavior and ensure marketing activities align with customer preferences.
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement through meaningful and value driven marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E Commerce, or a related field.
- Professional marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
- 6–7 years of marketing experience in brand management or a marketing agency.
- 6–7 years of experience in the Retail, Hospitality, or F&B industry.
- Experience in QSR, Retail, or Consumer Brands is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing digital channels, including websites, mobile applications, and food aggregator platforms.
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Willingness to travel between outlets and attend marketing events as required.
