- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments, agencies, media partners, and suppliers
- Manage social media, website content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends
- Support product launches, events, activations, sponsorships, and corporate initiatives
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand standards and campaign objectives
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking campaign expenditures
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and communication materials
- Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and campaign management
- Experience using marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms is preferred
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is an advantage
