About the Role
DAMAC Properties seeks an Assistant Manager Training to maximize the quality and performance of the PV team through industry-standard training and coaching. The role involves drawing up training plans, conducting induction sessions, and developing training materials.

Responsibilities
- Draw up PV Training plans for entire DAMAC PV team UAE & international stands
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for PV team
- Resolve specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain industry understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Develop or oversee production of classroom hand outs, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Motivate, coach and mentor the PV team to ensure 100% achievement of target (Tours & Sales)
- Collaborate with team members to identify and analyze needs/skill gaps
- Conduct new joiners induction training program for Brand Ambassadors, PV DAMAC staff and Stand Managers
- Conduct coaching sessions based on feedback and suggestions
- Conduct Soft Skills sessions (Approaching, Qualifying, Building Rapport, Closing technique)
- Customize sessions based on Stand Managers suggestions
- Fill in for Channel specific training as and when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years in Training & Development
- Real Estate industry experience is a must
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Team player with experience working in distributed teams
- Capable of creating reports, records, and training materials
- Available to work a full time retail schedule (2 days off per week)
- Willing to travel across UAE and internationally

Job Purpose
- Maximize stands team quality/performance/way of approaching/ skills/ tours and qualifying clients by providing industry standard training and coaching to the entire PV team.
- Assist in developing employees’ skills to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.
Generic Responsibilities
- Drawing up PV Training plans for Entire DAMAC PV team UAE & international stands.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for PV team – UAE & international stands.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
- Maintain a keen industry understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom hand outs, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Motivate, coach and mentor the PV team to ensure 100% achievement of the target (Tours & Sales).
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to identify and analyze needs/skill gaps with the purpose of building appropriate and timely training solutions.
Trainings
- New joiners induction training program for Brand Ambassadors outsource, PV DAMAC staff and Stand Managers.
- Coaching sessions based on coaching visit feedback & stand managers suggestions.
- Soft Skills sessions (Approaching, Qualifying, Building Rapport, Closing technique for Tours/Meetings).
- Customize sessions based on Stand Managers suggestions.
- Soft Skills, Approaching Skills, Meetings/Tours & Closing.
- Fill in for Channel specific training as and when required.
- Refresher Training Sessions.
- Product knowledge & New Launch.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Experience
- 2+ years in Training & Development.
