- Confidence leading full hiring lifecycle from sourcing through to onboarding
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proactive, detail oriented, and commercially aware
- Solid understanding of best recruitment practices, systems, and market trends

About the Role
- As an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will support the end to end recruitment and onboarding process across assigned divisions, ensuring the timely hiring of high caliber talent in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end to end recruitment and onboarding process across assigned divisions.
- Drive sourcing strategies, manage job postings, and oversee candidate selection, interviews, and offer processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Ensure all processes align with internal policies, service level agreements, and compliance standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates.

- Experienced and driven talent acquisition professional with a strong background in managing recruitment within fast paced, high volume environments.
- Confident leading the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing through to onboarding.
- Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proactive, detail oriented, and commercially aware.
- Solid understanding of best recruitment practices, systems, and market trends.
