Role Overview

Role summary
Assist with the efficient running of the stewarding department in line with Hyatt International strategies and brand standards.
Support the Stewarding Manager in operating the department as an efficient and productive cost centre.
Maintain an organized and clean back-of-house area and provide clean operating equipment to kitchens, outlets and banquets.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in hospitality or restaurant management is ideal.
- Have at least two years of experience as an Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as a Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Stewarding Manager in running the stewarding department efficiently and productively.
