Role Overview
Assistant Manager role supporting project audit within Deloitte's Internal Audit practice.
The position is based in Bengaluru with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, such as a B.E. or B.Tech.
- Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR or RICS.
- 4–6 years of experience in internal audit for capital expenditure or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal audits of projects covering governance, contract compliance, billing, and cost controls.
- Review adherence to approvals, delegation of authority, and project control frameworks.
- Assist in identifying risks, control gaps, and root causes affecting cost, time, and quality.
- Support audit documentation, reporting, and management action plan tracking.
