- Manage the assigned fleet across a high volume cluster (6 8 DS) effectively, meeting target KPIs
- Oversee Fleet Managers in daily operations of their respective fleet
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
- Support in manpower allocation across stores
- Address issues and support the team in achieving best performance
- Support the Logistics Manager in analysis and implementation of best practices
- Coordinate with other teams on ad hoc cross functional projects
- Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Understanding of Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
- Flexibility in work schedule

What you'll need
