Role Overview
Supports employee and organizational development needs through effective training programs.
Training topics include product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills.
The role supports training effectiveness measurement to help achieve desired business results.
Education and Experience
- A 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related major, 1 year of relevant professional experience and certified trainer status is accepted.
- Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field and certified trainer status are accepted with no work experience required.
Training Administration
- Promote training programs and help employees identify behaviors that contribute to service excellence.
- Support ongoing training so employees understand guest expectations.
- Observe service behaviors, provide feedback and support training cadre activities.
- Monitor enrollment and attendance and meet participants to assess progress and concerns.
