About the Job

  • Support the design and delivery of Learning & Development programs that enhance employee capability and performance.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions across business units.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions using blended learning methods including classroom, coaching, and eLearning.
  • Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communication to ensure effective execution of learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities and generate accurate reports on training outcomes.
  • Support performance management and Emiratisation initiatives through structured learning and development programs.

About You Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certified Trainer from a recognized accredited body.
  • Experience in Learning & Development or delivering structured training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

About You Desired

  • Professional certifications such as CIPD or PMP.
  • Experience supporting performance management or capability building initiatives.
  • Knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methodologies.
  • International or multinational organization experience.
  • Arabic language skills.
  • Coaching or facilitation experience.
