About the Role
Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager for Learning and Development to support the design and delivery of L&D programs, conduct training needs analysis, and manage LMS activities.

Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of Learning & Development programs that enhance employee capability and performance
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions across business units
- Deliver engaging training sessions using blended learning methods including classroom, coaching, and eLearning
- Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communication to ensure effective execution of learning initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend continuous improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives and operational needs
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities and generate accurate reports on training outcomes
- Support performance management and Emiratisation initiatives through structured learning and development programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Certified Trainer from a recognized accredited body
- Experience in Learning & Development or delivering structured training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training content
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

- Experience supporting performance management or capability building initiatives.
- Knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methodologies.
- International or multinational organization experience.
- Arabic language skills.
- Coaching or facilitation experience.
