Jumeirah Al Naseem is hiring an Assistant Manager, Learning and Development, for the National Talent role.
The position is scheduled to begin from October 2026 onwards.
The role supports organization-wide talent development and learning initiatives.
Learning and Development Duties
- Assist in designing and implementing the corporate Learning and Development strategy.
- Support leadership programs, coaching, mentoring, and high-potential employee development.
- Conduct group-wide training needs analysis and support learning program design and delivery.
- Assist with learning and development HR process compliance across business units.
- Collaborate on e-learning courses, workshops, individual development plans, and career paths.
- Review and report on training effectiveness and support talent management practices aligned with business needs.
