A confidential company in Dubai seeks an Assistant Manager for Key Accounts to drive revenue growth and manage complex project requirements. The role involves strategic account planning, client relationship management, upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships within the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing complex project requirements and ensuring seamless delivery.
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross sell opportunities within assigned key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and gather feedback.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with key clients, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Manage and resolve client escalations efficiently.
- Forecast account revenue and project timelines accurately, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
