Role Overview
Evaluate operational and financial processes to assess internal controls, policy compliance, and operational effectiveness.
Support asset safeguarding, information integrity, business objectives, and management decision-making through audits and advisory insights.
What You Will Do
- Assist the Audit Manager in developing annual audit plans by assessing risk degrees.
- Develop audit programs for each assignment, documenting risks, controls, and tests in the Audit Management System.
- Conduct internal audit assignments to evaluate internal controls and performance quality across business processes.
- Review approval processes for compliance with Group policies and delegations of authority.
- Support safeguarding of Group assets.
- Document audit work in the Audit Management System to support findings.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Update the Audit Manager promptly on key findings.
- Discuss preliminary findings with relevant staff to obtain concurrence and highlight observations.
- Assist with executive summaries, detailed engagement reports, and monthly summaries for senior management review.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience, as stated in the source listing.
- Experience evaluating operational and financial processes, internal controls, and compliance with policies.
- Ability to develop audit plans and detailed audit programs covering risks, controls, and tests.
- Ability to prepare professional audit reports, executive summaries, findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Ability to communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively with relevant stakeholders and management.
