About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – QC/QA to lead our Quality Control team within the Production Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical/production engineering, with proven expertise in quality assurance, process control, and inspection practices within defense, aerospace, or related manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Prepare and implement inspection and quality plans for production activities.
- Analyze rejections, identify root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure timely execution of calibration schedules for inspection and measurement tools.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve dimensional, quality, or process-related issues.
- Monitor quality metrics and ensure adherence to customer specifications, regulatory standards, and QMS requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, problem-solving, and process audits.
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology.
