We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex defence projects, involving cross-functional teams spanning Software, Mechanical, and Electronics disciplines.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Agile and Scrum project management, along with the ability to manage end-to-end product development lifecycles in a highly technical and compliance-driven environment.
Education
BE, M-Tech or relevant good experience in similar areas Experience: more than 5 Key Skills: Communication (written, verbal, stakeholder management), Organization and time management (planning, scheduling, prioritization), Problem-solving and risk/change management, Technical and tool proficiency (PM software, data, reporting), Leadership, teamwork and adaptability. Special Skills: problem-solving, adaptability, time management, leadership, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, dependability, stress tolerance, goal-driven, creativity, decision-making Practical Tests: Understanding of requirement, Identification of skilled resource and project planning Reports To: R&D head and CTO
