HR Operations Executive

Role Over View: Support end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, recruitment support and employee engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding, induction, documentation and exit formalities. ​
• Maintain employee records and HRIS. ​
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and benefits. ​
• Support recruitment and interview scheduling. ​
• Handle employee queries and HR letters. ​
• Prepare HR reports and MIS. ​
• Support audits and process improvements. Required Skills:
• Labor law and HR compliance knowledge. ​
• Payroll and HRIS experience. ​
• Strong communication skills. ​
• MS Excel proficiency. ​
• Confidentiality and problem-solving skills. Education & Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. MBA HR preferred. Key Skills:
