1. Audit & Regulatory Management
Lead statutory audit from planning to closure.
Manage tax audit and compliance deliverables.
Ensure closure of audit observations.
Prepare complete Financial as per company law schedules including disclosures.
2. GST & Taxation
Own end-to-end GST compliance including returns, reconciliations and audits.
Strengthen GSTR2A reconciliation and optimize input tax credit.
Drive continuous improvement in GST processes.
Perform reconciliation of tax balances and critical balance sheet items.
Manage ITR-6 filing and transfer pricing compliance.
3. Financial Accounting & Reporting
Support to Manager in drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial close with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP / US GAAP.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely closure of books.
Support leadership with reliable financial insights.
4. Compliance, Controls & Governance
Ensure strong internal controls and SOX compliance.
Manage statutory compliance tracking.
Implement regulatory and policy updates.
Develop systems to track tax and compliance changes.
