Role Overview

The role seeks a hands-on Software Engineer or Full Stack Developer to build cloud-native web applications on AWS.

The role owns features end-to-end from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

The position requires a strong full-stack mindset and solid AWS expertise within a collaborative Agile team.

Key Responsibilities

Own features from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
Design and develop secure backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs, and microservices on AWS.
Integrate relational and NoSQL databases with efficient data models and queries.
Build responsive, accessible React and Next.js interfaces integrated with APIs and cloud authentication.
Develop and operate applications on AWS and build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Configure monitoring and alerting and troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues across the full stack.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, review peer code, and apply cloud security and AWS Well-Architected practices.

Qualifications

A B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent field is required.
Three to four years of professional full-stack software development experience is required.

Required Skills

Strong AWS expertise across services such as Lambda, API Gateway or AppSync, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Cognito, SQS or SNS, and CloudFront.
REST and GraphQL API design, microservices architecture, and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
React, Next.js, modern CSS, and component libraries.
JavaScript or TypeScript across the stack with Node.js and Express, Fastify, or NestJS.
Relational and NoSQL database integration, including PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, with Prisma or Sequelize.
CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Serverless Framework.
Problem-solving, debugging, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Additional Skills

Experience designing serverless or event-driven architectures on AWS.
Exposure to CloudWatch observability and SonarQube or ESLint code-quality gates.
AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect – Associate certification is advantageous.
An ownership mindset, self-starter approach, and effective teamwork are advantageous.
