- Manage and oversee facilities management operations across the waterpark to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations
- Lead preventive maintenance programmes and coordinate timely emergency repairs to maintain facility uptime
- Supervise and develop a team of supervisors and technicians, ensuring high performance and operational excellence
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and service providers to deliver agreed service standards and outcomes
- Monitor MEP systems, HVAC, water systems, electrical infrastructure, and energy usage to optimise performance
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Support budgeting, procurement activities, and resource planning to meet operational requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- 5–6 years of experience in facilities management or technical operations, including team leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, water systems, and electrical maintenance
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service level agreements
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and operational compliance requirements
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, incident response, and technical reporting

About You Essential
