About the Job

  • Manage and oversee facilities management operations across the waterpark to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
  • Lead preventive maintenance programmes and coordinate timely emergency repairs to maintain facility uptime.
  • Supervise and develop a team of supervisors and technicians, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and manage external vendors and service providers to deliver agreed service standards and outcomes.
  • Monitor MEP systems, HVAC, water systems, electrical infrastructure, and energy usage to optimise performance.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Support budgeting, procurement activities, and resource planning to meet operational requirements.

About You Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 5–6 years of experience in facilities management or technical operations, including team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, water systems, and electrical maintenance.
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service level agreements.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and operational compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, incident response, and technical reporting.

About You Desired

  • Professional certifications relevant to Facilities Management, HVAC, Electrical Systems, or Building Services.
  • Experience within hospitality, leisure, entertainment, waterpark, theme park, or large scale destination environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving, and continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
