Position Summary
Drive end-to-end eCommerce marketplace operations across North India, including marketplaces and the warehouse network.
Ensure warehouse execution, marketplace fulfilment performance, inventory readiness, SPF governance, and stakeholder alignment.
Support SJIT, marketplace expansion, warehouse transitions, and process automation initiatives.
Reporting and Coverage
- Reports to the Manager - D2C eCommerce Warehousing & Delivery Operations.
- Location is Luhari, Gurgaon, with coverage across North India operations, marketplaces, and the warehouse network.
Marketplace and Fulfilment
- Manage marketplace operations across Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, and other eCommerce channels.
- Drive fulfilment performance, seller metrics, warehouse service levels, and marketplace scorecard adherence.
- Resolve escalations involving customer experience, dispatch, returns, claims, and marketplace health.
SJIT and Warehouse Operations
- Own SJIT planning, inventory allocation, dispatch preparedness, and execution governance.
- Support warehouse SOP adherence across forward, return, and exception processes.
- Drive inventory movement planning, stock transfers, warehouse readiness, and transition activities.
- Coordinate with 3PL and internal teams on inwards, outbound, returns, and stock transfers.
SPF and Claims Governance
- Manage SPF claim validation, video or image evidence, claim tracking, and recovery governance.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace SPF policies, TATs, documentation, and rejection-prevention controls.
- Drive corrective actions for tag loop errors, QC misses, evidence gaps, and tracker hygiene issues.
Compliance and Expansion
- Support APOB documentation, address mapping, NOC follow-up, and warehouse registration readiness.
- Support go-live preparation for new facilities, operational flows, and marketplace expansion initiatives.
Analytics and Improvement
- Prepare operational updates, dashboards, claim trackers, and performance summaries for business reviews.
- Analyze fulfilment, returns, QC, claims, inventory movement, and warehouse performance trends.
- Drive scalable solutions across OMS, WMS, marketplace integrations, and tracker automation.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with marketplace, warehouse, 3PL, logistics, category, planning, merchandising, commercial, finance, technology, compliance, and vendor stakeholders.
Required Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce supply chain, marketplace operations, warehousing, or fulfilment operations.
- Strong understanding of marketplace fulfilment, inventory, claims, returns, and logistics processes.
- Hands-on experience with Excel trackers, operational dashboards, and structured performance reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and ownership of escalations, transitions, and cross-functional projects.
Preferred Capabilities
- Working knowledge of OMS or WMS workflows and marketplace integration dependencies.
- Experience with SPF or claim recovery, returns governance, and video or evidence compliance.
- Ability to work in high-volume environments with attention to TAT, audit readiness, and process discipline.
- Comfort preparing leadership-ready summaries, project updates, and actionable trackers.
