The Opportunity
PUMA is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Allocator for its Retail Planning team.
The role manages inventory flow across retail stores to improve sales, customer experience, and stock availability.
The position suits someone early in a planning or merchandise career who wants to develop retail planning expertise.
Inventory Allocation and Replenishment
- Allocate products to stores using sales performance, inventory insights, store capacity, and customer demand.
- Review stock levels, identify allocation opportunities, and respond to changing sales trends.
- Manage replenishment processes and resolve stock shortages or overstock risks.
- Support timely replenishment of key and promotional product lines.
Launches and Seasonal Support
- Execute allocations for new product launches and campaigns.
- Support seasonal events and promotional activity.
- Analyse allocation effectiveness and contribute to process and system improvements.
