Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day to day running of the salon
- Deliver exceptional client experience from check in to check out
- Manage appointments, optimise salon schedule, and ensure efficient artist diaries
- Handle client enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support management of team rotas, annual leave, and appointment schedules
- Complete daily financial reconciliation and ensure accurate sales records
- Drive retail sales, treatment packages, and upselling opportunities
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance and support action plans
- Conduct daily team briefings to communicate targets and updates
- Maintain accurate client records and consultation forms
- Support inventory management for retail and professional stock
- Proactively manage maintenance issues and ensure salon presentation standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management or senior Front of House role within beauty, spa, hospitality, or luxury retail
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Commercially minded with proven ability to drive sales and team targets
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience using salon booking systems and reporting software
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Knowledge of salon services and beauty products is highly desirable
