About the Role

- Support the supervision, training, and motivation of the housekeeping team
- Assist in ensuring luxurious fabrics are properly cared for using appropriate cleaning methods
- Support the selection and safe use of suitable cleaning agents for high end textiles
- Carry out regular inspections of all areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Assist in managing laundry operations, ensuring uniforms and linens are cleaned and maintained
- Help monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations, especially during events
- Assist in handling member enquiries and service related issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within housekeeping operations
- Support the upkeep of floral arrangements in public areas
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years' experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel, private members' club, or similar high end hospitality environment, with at least some supervisory responsibility
- Strong knowledge of high end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings, including their proper care and maintenance
- Exposure to floral display upkeep in public areas
- Experience assisting in laundry operations, including linen and uniform care
- Proven ability to support team supervision, training, and day to day coordination of housekeeping staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

About the Role
