About the Role
The Arts Club Dubai is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.

Responsibilities
- Support the supervision, training, and motivation of the housekeeping team to maintain outstanding cleanliness and organisation across all areas of the club
- Assist in ensuring all luxurious fabrics, including drapes, upholstery, and delicate linens, are properly cared for using appropriate cleaning methods and care procedures
- Support the selection and safe use of suitable cleaning agents and chemicals for high end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings
- Carry out regular inspections of all areas to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and promptly report or address any issues
- Assist in managing laundry operations, ensuring uniforms and linens are cleaned, well maintained, and processed efficiently, including coordination with third party providers
- Help monitor housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring effective stock control and efficient use of resources while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations, particularly during events and for special member requirements
- Assist in handling Member enquiries and service related issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards within housekeeping operations to maintain a safe environment for members and staff
- Support the upkeep of floral arrangements in public areas, ensuring they are well maintained and aligned with the club’s aesthetic, in coordination with suppliers where required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 4 years' experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel, private members' club, or similar high end hospitality environment, with at least some supervisory responsibility
- Strong knowledge of high end textiles, fabrics, and furnishings, including their proper care and maintenance
- Exposure to floral display upkeep in public areas
- Experience assisting in laundry operations, including linen and uniform care, and coordination with third party laundry providers
- Proven ability to support team supervisors, training, and day to day coordination of housekeeping staff
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high standard environment

- The Arts Club Dubai will be perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totalling 65,000 square feet, in the brand new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners.

What Will You Do

What We Are Looking For
