Planning and Organising
- Assist with preparation of the Front Office team budget.
- Plan and implement training plans, conduct associate training and monitor results.
- Maintain full knowledge of property management and call centre computer systems.
Front Office Operations
- Supervise departmental team members and facilities.
- Maximize product and service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed through training and performance monitoring.
- Drive hotel sales and promotional programmes and increase property upselling.
