The Assistant Front Office Manager supervises and leads the front office team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front office team.
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, daily front desk operations, and front office procedures.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor performance metrics and guest satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Develop revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Handle VIP guests and special requests.
- Prepare monthly front office reports and budgets.
Experience and Requirements
- Previous experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property is required.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or in a similar role is required.
- Full working knowledge of the Opera system is essential.
- Active listening, effective communication, organization, and multitasking skills are required.
- Flexibility to work shifts is required.
