We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and profitability while promoting an engaging and positive environment for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing food and beverage operations to ensure optimal service.
- Manage staff schedules and allocate resources efficiently during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations in all operations.
- Collaborate with the chef on menu planning, pricing, and stock management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and facilitate communication.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Analyze sales and revenue data to drive promotions and sales strategies.
- Train and mentor new hires and existing staff to enhance service quality.
- Coordinate special events and functions to ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure favorable terms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop sales-enhancing strategies.
