- Lead and support financial system migration projects (e.g., ERP implementation, upgrades, or transitions)
- Analyze existing finance processes and map them to the target system
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support configuration of finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and internal control requirements during migration
- Prepare migration documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user manuals
- Coordinate with IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve system and data issues
- Support UAT, go live activities, and post implementation stabilization
- Provide training and functional support to finance users after migration
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in financial consulting, ERP implementation, or system migration projects
- Hands on experience in finance system/ERP migration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, month end closure
- Experience with data migration, validation, and controls testing
- Good understanding of IFRS and internal control frameworks
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams
