We are currently seeking an experienced
Assistant Finance Manager
to join our Finance Department as part of our continued growth and financial operations enhancement.
The role will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities, ensuring accurate financial management and strong internal controls across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide meaningful financial insights to management.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes and documentation.
- Contribute to financial reporting improvements and process optimization initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
- 6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with supervisory or senior analyst exposure.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
